30-Day Return Policy

At No Quit Co., we want you to be confident in your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be returned with original tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us and we'll do our best to help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
